SHIPPING

When your order is dispatched, we will provide you with an email confirmation of order shipment along with tracking information.

Australia Post is our preferred method for shipping. For Australian sales allow approximately 1-5 working days for delivery, subject to your location. We make every effort to dispatch as quickly as we can, however, our delivery times are estimates only and are governed by the Postal system and public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Same day processing is not same day delivery, standard delivery times will still apply. All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped. Same day processing excludes public holidays, promotional days and events that attract an unusually high number of orders over a short period of time.

If your order doesn't qualify for FREE Shipping our $9.90 capped shipping option still offers you exceptional value for money and allows you to order as many items as you like without paying additional shipping costs. These orders will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing, currently either Australia Post or Allied Express.

BULKY / OVERSIZE DELIVERIES

If your order contains a bulky item that has been excluded from our free shipping or capped price options, your order will be shipped by Australia Post with a cost based on the size, weight and number of items you have ordered. Shipping costs for this service can only be viewed on the checkout page prior to placing your order.

Shipping Exclusions & Conditions

Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; 'Please leave order if not home', in the order comments section found on our checkout page.

By choosing to provide the carrier with ATL we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

Flat rate, capped, or free shipping promotions exclude certain bulky items including, but not limited to: Paper, Large Canvas, Large Stretcher Bars and some Easels. Excluded products will be highlighted in your shopping cart and on product pages.

Delivery (free or otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carriers and may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost.

Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete the delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.

Returns

Square Circles will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage. Square Circles will refund the cost of the normal post for any return where Square Circles Art was at fault.

Square Circles will replace any undamaged item within 7 days of purchase as long as the purchased is returned in its original condition including its packaging.

A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if the store is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process the refund by either reimbursing your credit card or sending a refund through PayPal

International Deliveries

We deliver worldwide to the following regions - New Zealand, Asia Pacific, USA, Canada, Middle East, Europe, UK and Rest of World

Square Circles offers Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery costs will be calculated once we receive your delivery address you provide and then you may choose from the two different delivery methods below this cost will be added to your order at checkout. International freight is calculated in Australian dollars per delivery. We can provide you with an estimate of the delivery cost before check out. You may view this delivery cost by selecting an item and then select the ‘View or edit cart’ option on the new page. This will take you directly to the Shopping Cart summary page and you can ask for a shipping estimate to your delivery address. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to relevant overseas customs duties and/or other taxes that you may incur and these are payable by you. When importing into the USA you may be required to supply your social security number in order for your goods to clear customs. We suggest you check with your local customs office for further information if required. Square Circles are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
